The Struggle
Olivia Bennett had built her life around other people’s healing. A trauma therapist by day, an amateur runner by dawn, and a perfectionist by default. By her mid-thirties, she was running on espresso, adrenaline, and empty promises to rest next weekend. Her knees swelled after jogs, her digestion rebelled, and her skin broke out in rashes that no cream could calm.
She dismissed it as stress until her joints began throbbing at night. Labs came back 'normal,' except a slightly raised CRP. 'You’re fine,' the doctor said. But Olivia’s body said otherwise, tight chest, aching shoulders, and a fatigue that sleep couldn’t touch. She called it the hum, a low, persistent vibration of inflammation that never stopped.

The Breaking Point
It happened during a group therapy session. One client’s story hit too close, and tears she thought she’d processed years ago rose without warning. Her throat burned, her pulse raced, and her body felt on fire. She excused herself, locked herself in the restroom, and saw her flushed reflection: red cheeks, swollen eyelids, exhaustion carved into her skin.
That night she Googled: ‘stress inflammation biomarkers.’ The first result , Vitals Vault, promised clarity beyond symptom lists. She read: ‘Data reveals what intuition always knew.’ Tears rolled down. She ordered the Inflammation Resolution Panel that evening.
