Reschedule from the Quest confirmation email or your Vitals Vault dashboard. Try to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss your draw, contact support and we'll rebook you. Your order stays active.
Vitals Vault plans are one-time purchases, not auto-renewing subscriptions. The three tiers are Essential ($99), Advanced ($199), and Max ($399), each covering one comprehensive panel. There is no monthly fee, mandatory re-enrollment, or lock-in penalty. When you are ready to retest, you decide if and when to purchase again. Individual add-on tests are also available separately.
Yes. $99 covers your full Essential panel, the Quest blood draw, the 90-page Functional Health Report, biological age, Action Plan, and AI health assistant. One payment, no activation fee, no hidden membership. The one detail worth knowing: Quest charges a $19 lab visit fee for the draw itself. On any order of $99 or more (every plan, and most dashboard carts) that fee is automatically absorbed. The only time you would see it is on a single sub-$99 add-on purchase standalone.
