Biological Age Calculator

Find out how fast your body is actually aging.

Enter nine standard blood markers from a recent draw and we’ll calculate your Phenotypic Age using the Levine formula (the same one Yale researchers published in Aging, 2018). Free. Takes about two minutes.

The science

Phenotypic age, explained simply.

The phenotypic age formula combines nine routine lab biomarkers (albumin, creatinine, glucose, high-sensitivity CRP, alkaline phosphatase, white blood cell count, lymphocyte percentage, mean cell volume, red cell distribution width) with your chronological age to estimate how your body is aging on the inside. Published in Agingby Levine et al. in 2018, it has outperformed chronological age as a predictor of all-cause mortality in large cohort studies. It’s population-level insight, not a diagnosis.

How this compares

Free to run, repeatable any time.

Epigenetic clocks like Horvath or DunedinPACE need a saliva-based DNA methylation test to run. Phenotypic age only needs the standard blood panel you probably already have. So you can repeat it after every draw and watch your number move quarter to quarter. It complements deeper longevity testing rather than replaces it.
