The Struggle
For Linda Patterson, menopause hit like a fog bank. One day she was leading client pitches; the next, she was crying in her car between meetings. Her body flushed with heat waves at random, her sleep disappeared, and her once-steady focus fractured into fragments. She felt trapped in a body she no longer understood.
Her doctor prescribed antidepressants. “It’s just menopause,” he said lightly. But to Linda, nothing felt ‘just’ about it. Her creativity, drive, and sense of identity were slipping away. “If my hormones were remodeling me,” she wrote in her journal, “then I wanted to see the blueprint.”

The Breaking Point
The breaking point arrived one night at 3 AM. Another sleepless hour, another wave of heat, another whispered plea to her ceiling fan. She got out of bed, opened her laptop, and typed: ‘hormone imbalance data menopause recovery’. The first result: Vitals Vault.
“I design buildings with precision,” she thought. “Why not rebuild myself the same way?”
Before dawn, she ordered the Endocrine Balance Comprehensive Panel.
