No Vitals Vault mark anywhere on it
If your logo cannot be loaded for any reason, the report renders neutral rather than falling back to our branding. That behaviour is built in, not a setting.

Lab work, charged per order
You see the price of every panel before you place the order. It goes to your practice card at the moment you order. If the lab cannot accept the order, the charge is refunded automatically.
And one line that is not on it: your patient.

Do I need my own lab contract?
No. Your practice is set up with its own lab account as part of onboarding. You do not negotiate with a lab, you do not hold a courier account, and you do not carry a minimum.
Where do my patients get drawn?
At Quest Diagnostics locations — more than 2,000 sites across 47 states. We currently serve clinics in the United States only, and we cannot support collections in New York, New Jersey, Hawaii or Rhode Island. Each order gives you a booking link or a requisition you can hand your patient directly.
Who is the ordering provider?
Orders are placed under your practice's own lab account. Your Customer Success Manager confirms what your state and your scope of practice require before you place your first order.
Does anything reach my patient with Vitals Vault on it?
No. We send your patients nothing — no email, no login, no reminder. The report carries your logo and your practice name, and it carries no mark of ours. Everything routes through you.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. We bill your practice for the lab work; we never bill your patient. What you charge, whether you bundle it into a program, and how you invoice are entirely your decisions.
What about the results my patient already has?
Upload their prior reports and import the results. Those markers join the same timeline as the labs you order, so you are reading one history rather than a stack of PDFs.
How long do results take?
Typically three to five business days after the draw. The requisition is available immediately; the lab report and the analyses appear as soon as results come back.
What happens after I sign up?
You get a confirmation, and a Customer Success Manager gets in touch within one business day. Once your practice is approved you can add a payment method and choose a plan. You can set up your brand and browse the catalogue before you subscribe.
What exactly does "under your brand" cover today?
Your logo and your practice name on the patient-facing report, the panels you build, and the prices you set. It does not yet mean a patient-facing app in your colors, a custom domain, or email to your patients from your practice. When that changes we will say so here.
