Unlimited free retests offer terms

The offer applies only to panels purchased while it is open. It is open to new and existing customers. Spots are limited each day. The offer is available during set hours each day and does not apply to orders started after it closes for the day. We may change or end this offer at any time. Orders placed before it opens or after it closes do not qualify, and the offer cannot be applied to an earlier order.
The member can take their first test at any time after purchase.
To qualify, each member on the order must have one of these panels: Essential ($99), Advanced ($199), Max ($399). Prices shown are current list prices and may change.
Each member's own cart, meaning their panel plus any add-ons for that member, must total $199 or more after any multi-person discount. On a solo order, Advanced and Max reach this on their own. Essential needs add-ons for that member to reach $199, and so does anyone whose cart falls short after a multi-person discount. Add-ons for one member do not count toward another member's total.
The member's retest list is set by the first test on the qualifying order: the biomarkers in their panel that the lab reports outside its reference range on that result. Biomarkers within range on that result, add-on biomarkers, and biomarkers first reported outside range on any later result are not on the list.
Each biomarker on the list can be retested at no charge for the test until a retest result for it falls within the lab reference range. It then comes off the list for good.
Each retest must be at least 3 months after that member's previous collection for the biomarkers being retested.
Retests are available for 1 year from the collection date of the member's first test on the qualifying order, not from the purchase date. This date does not reset when a retest is collected. Biomarkers still on the list when the year ends are no longer covered.
A retest covers only the biomarkers still on the list. Where the lab runs a biomarker as part of a multi-marker test, the whole test may be run; the other results are for information only and are not added to the list.
A lab visit fee is charged on each retest order.
If the member orders a full panel instead of a retest, any credit Vitals Vault offers toward it is set at that time, can be used once per eligible retest, and replaces that retest.
Each retest is a lab order and must meet the ordering, identity and eligibility requirements that apply to every Vitals Vault lab order. It must be collected from the member who took the qualifying first test, under that member’s own account. Retests are processed at a Quest Diagnostics patient service center. Lab testing is not available in every state.
A qualifying panel can be bought for someone else, through a gift or by adding them to the order. The person who takes the test is the member, and their retest year starts from their own first test.
The retest benefit has no cash value. It cannot be redeemed, exchanged or refunded for cash, credit or any other product, and it cannot be transferred, sold or shared. It cannot be combined with other offers, promotion codes or discounts unless Vitals Vault says so in writing.
If a qualifying order is refunded, cancelled or disputed, the retest benefit for that order ends.
Retesting does not guarantee any change in results or health outcome, and the offer is not medical advice.
Vitals Vault may verify eligibility before fulfilling a retest, and may refuse, limit, suspend or cancel the offer or any retest, for any person, at its sole discretion and for any reason not prohibited by law, including suspected fraud, abuse, misuse or a breach of these terms or our Terms of Service.
Vitals Vault may change or end this offer at any time for orders not yet placed. For orders already placed, the terms in place when the order was placed apply, except where a change is required by law or by our lab partners.
