# Free retest offer terms

1. Claim the offer by entering your email and confirming it from the link we send you. If you're eligible, you'll receive your unique code by email.
2. Your unique code takes $15 off one order of Shop Lab tests. If the tests in that order cost $15 or less, the order is free.
3. The code works only on a retest. You must be logged in, and you must already have received results from a Vitals Vault lab test.
4. It can't be used on your first order.
5. Use it within 14 days of the date your code is issued.
6. It can be used once per customer. It can't be combined with other codes, has no cash value, and isn't transferable.
7. Lab testing isn't available in every state. Tests are processed by Quest Diagnostics.
8. Vitals Vault may change or end this offer at any time. Codes already issued stay valid until their expiry date.
