So a retest is really free? Yes. The retest itself costs $0. You pay the lab visit fee at each retest. Your first order has none. Nobody told the lab it’s our anniversary. Okay, what’s the catch? There isn’t one hiding in the fine print. Order while the offer is open, keep each person’s cart at $199 or more, and anything your first panel flags gets free retests until it’s back in range, for a year. At each retest, the lab visit fee is the only thing you pay. What does a retest cover? Every panel biomarker your first test flags as out of range. Change something, retest it, see if it moved. Once it’s back in range, it comes off your list. You can retest up to once every 3 months for a full year from your first draw. Add-on biomarkers aren’t included. ### Do I qualify? Who qualifies? Anyone, new or existing, who orders while the offer is open. Each person needs an Essential ($99), Advanced ($199) or Max ($399) panel, with their own cart at $199 or more after any multi-person discount. On a solo order, Advanced and Max get there on their own. Essential gets there with add-ons, and so can anyone whose cart falls short after a multi-person discount. I’m already a customer. Do I still get this? Yes, and thanks for coming back. Order a new Essential, Advanced or Max panel while the offer is open and you get the same free retests as everyone else. Do I have to test right away? No rush. Take your first test whenever you’re ready. Your year of retests starts at that first draw, not at checkout, so you don’t lose a day. Can I retest my normal markers too? Yes, whenever you want. You just pay for those. The free retests are for markers your first panel flags as out of range. I’ve never tried Vitals Vault. Is this just for existing customers? Nope. New or existing, you get the exact same deal. Honestly, a year of free retests is a pretty good first date. Is this a retest of something I already bought? No. Free retests come with a new Essential, Advanced or Max order placed while the offer is open. Order then and we retest whatever your first panel flags, free, until it’s back in range, for a full year. I ordered in October. Do I get grandfathered in? We love you, but no. Only orders placed while the offer is open come with free retests, and we can’t bend that. What if I miss the window? Spots are limited each day, so the offer can be full for the day. Orders placed when it is closed don’t include free retests, so every retest is on you. Other companies do retests too. What’s different here? Three things. It’s unlimited: no cap on how many, as long as each one is at least 3 months after the last, for a full year. It’s built on your actual results: we retest what your first panel flagged until it’s back in range, not a preset follow-up kit you paid for up front. And we round our biomarker counts down, not up. Change your diet, start the supplement, fix your sleep, then see whether the number actually moved instead of guessing. What happens when a marker comes back normal? It comes off your free list. Congrats: getting it back in range was the goal. What if nothing gets flagged? Then there’s nothing to retest, which is honestly the best way to lose this deal. What if something new gets flagged on a retest? It doesn’t join your free list. Your first panel sets the list. You can still retest it any time at the regular price. Can I bank my retests and do them all at once? No. Each one has to be at least 3 months after the last. Your body needs time to actually change, and so does the number. Does a retest restart my year? No. Your year runs from your first draw and doesn’t reset when you retest. Can my partner’s add-ons get me to $199? No. Add-ons only count toward the person they’re for. Each person’s cart stands on its own. Can I cash out my retests instead? Nice try. Retests have no cash value, so you can’t swap them for money, credit or other products, or combine them with other offers. Can I give away or sell my retests? No. They belong to the person who took the test. They can’t be transferred and have no cash value. Can I use my HSA or FSA? Yes. Vitals Vault is HSA/FSA eligible. Got FSA dollars that expire at year-end? Year-end is a pretty good time to spend them. What if I change my mind? You get a full refund any time before your blood draw. Just contact us.
