Extensive testing via Quest at a very reasonable cost. The AI report was helpful as a springboard for further research although somewhat generic rather than tailored to my age and overall condition and honestly some of the suggestions seemed a bit off to me but the intelligent reader could do a lot with it. I was generally pleased with the experience and I'm about to schedule a 3 month retest to check on the results of lifestyle and supplement adjustments I have made.
