1. Who Can Use Vitals Vault

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By using Vitals Vault, you confirm that the information you provide is your own, and that you're using the service for personal, lawful purposes.

2. What Vitals Vault Does

• Order and manage clinical-grade lab tests.
• Access and review your lab results in one secure place.
• Receive personalized insights to help you make informed decisions.
• Organize your health history and track progress over time.

We work with certified labs and licensed providers behind the scenes to make this possible — but everything you see and interact with is through Vitals Vault.

3. What You're Agreeing To

• Collect and process your personal and health information.
• Share necessary information with lab partners to fulfill your test orders.
• Securely receive and store your lab results.
• Deliver those results to you digitally, with context, guidance, and insights.
• Contact you about your results, account activity, or relevant updates.
• Improve our product and services using de-identified data where appropriate.

We do not sell your personal or health data. Ever.

4. What We’re Not

Vitals Vault is not a medical provider. We do not:

• Diagnose, treat, or prescribe anything.
• Replace your physician, specialist, or care team.
• Provide emergency medical support or clinical follow-up.

All insights are informational only. Always consult a licensed professional for medical decisions.

5. Lab Results Delivery

• Your results will be made available in your secure account once processed.
• Result times vary depending on the test.
• If there’s an issue (e.g. incomplete sample), we’ll notify you with next steps.
• You’re responsible for logging in and reviewing your results.

6. Your Privacy & Your Rights

• Access and download your data at any time.
• Request corrections to inaccurate info.
• Request deletion of your account and stored data (unless legally required to retain it).
• Revoke consent for data storage or processing (which may affect service availability).

We use encryption, access controls, and privacy-by-design practices to protect your data.

We do not and will not sell your data to advertisers.

7. Sharing & Consent

• Receive and deliver results directly to your account.

You can download your results anytime and share with your doctor.

8. Payments & Refunds

• Pay the amount shown at checkout or as part of your membership.
• Once your lab test is in progress, refunds are not guaranteed.
• Review your membership terms before purchasing.
